Ingex Botanicals have state of the art manufacturing facility with all sophisticated equipment to process 1000 MT herbal raw materials per month with dedicated lines for organic production. Our manufacturing facilities are accredited for NSF GMP, ISO, FSSAI, HALAL, KOSHER, FAMIQs, USDA Organic, EU Organic, FSSC 22000 etc.
Our R&D centre is dedicated to developing innovative ingredients and tailoring them to meet the specific requirements of our customers Our innovations are rigorously validated through well-designed in-vitro, in-vivo, and clinical studies.
Ingex Botanicals has stringent Quality control department, which ensure quality of ingredients at each stage. Phytochemicals/ marker compounds of each product is quantified using most sophisticated analytical instruments like HPTLC, HPLC, GC, LC-MS-MS, GC-MS-MS etc. to ensure the identity, strength and purity.
We prioritize the safety of our ingredients, which is why we test them for various parameters such as residual solvents, microbial contamination, aflatoxins, heavy metals, and pesticide residues. We use validated and sensitive analytical methods for these tests.
